Please read & make sure you understood everything. By placing an order with Twinklebelz Crafts, you are agreeing to all terms & conditions stated here.
1. Twinklebelz Crafts will not be responsible for any possible damage of the box cards or crafts after handing it over to the customer. All orders are carefully checked over and over again before handing it to our customers. Customers are responsible for taking good care of the crafts after collection.
2. Twinklebelz Crafts will not be responsible for any sudden delay in the collection of the craft, should there be circumstances such as late submission of photos required for customization, or any other details required. Customers are to be responsible for the sending in of details or customization as soon as possible (or by the required date).
3. Customers shall make full payment or any deposits required within the given time frame.
4. Twinklebelz Crafts is given the rights to upload works done for the customers to update our portfolio, or sharing on YouTube with our subscribers. (Customer's works may or may not be uploaded.)
5. Twinklebelz Crafts promises to keep any customer's privacy by blurring out photos/names on the crafts, should it be requested. If there is no indication, Twinklebelz Crafts shall deem it acceptable.
6. Twinklebelz Crafts will only upload any works online after it had been passed onto the customer.
7. Customers shall not remove the labels on the works and claim the works as theirs.
8. Twinklebelz Crafts holds every right to cancel any unreasonable orders, or customers with no commitment in the discussion (e.g. taking a long time to reply to necessary details)
9. Customers shall agree and is aware to the possibility of their orders not being taken up due to our time availability.
10. Customers shall agree and is aware of any possible increase in pricing in certain circumstances, and that the final cost may differ from the pricing menu.
11. Customers shall not force Twinklebelz Crafts to copy works belonging to other craft makers.
12. Customers have understood all details of the crafts customization, or fixed designs before ordering. Twinklebelz Crafts shall not be responsible for any misinterpretation. Please contact us whenever in doubt.
