Thank you for your interest in our works! Before you place an order, please read all information stated below:

1. By ordering, you are agreeing to all the necessary terms & conditions.

2. Please make sure you are placing an order at least 1.5 weeks or earlier in advance, from the date which you will require the craft to be completed (& collected) by. However, it is not 100% guaranteed that we will always be able to take up your order. As our crafts store is only run by three individuals, other factors such as personal schedule availability & current orders on hand will affect our decision to take up your order. We can discuss further should that happens. You can also look out for updates on whether orders are still open or closed for certain periods of time.
(You can always contact us beforehand to enquire on our current availability.)

You may order as early as weeks, months, or years (hehe) earlier.

3. Any urgent orders will be considered thoroughly depending on our availability, but further additional charges apply.

4. You will be contacted via WhatsApp within 1 - 2 days after order submission. Please e-mail us at justwonderchronicles@gmail.com (CC: burningillusionz@gmail.com) if you do not hear from us after 2  days.

5. Please make sure you have already understood all pricing & customisation details. Contact us whenever in doubt to prevent misconception. We are not liable for any confusion.

ONLY BY PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH THE ORDER FORMS WILL INDICATE YOUR ORDER BEING SUBMITTED & RECEIVED. THIS IS A FORMAL PROCESS. SHOULD YOU CONTACT US VIA ANY OTHER WAYS, WE WILL STILL REQUIRE YOU TO FILL UP THE FORM.
